These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Austin Chauffeurs and access to our website. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

All bookings must be confirmed in advance, either through our website, by phone, or via email.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept all major credit cards. Payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers.

Corporate accounts may be eligible for invoicing with prior approval.

Standard bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to full charges.

For airport transfers, cancellation must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days.

Our chauffeurs monitor flights for airport pickups. Reasonable delays are accommodated at no additional charge.

A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for non-airport pickups. After that, additional waiting time will be charged per 15-minute increment.

If you are delayed beyond the grace period, please contact us to avoid being marked as a no-show.

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during their journey.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be the responsibility of the client and may result in a cleaning or repair fee.

Austin Chauffeurs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other events beyond our control.

We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items but will make reasonable efforts to recover and return them.

All customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

While we strive for accuracy and availability, all services are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

In rare cases of vehicle or driver unavailability, we will offer an equivalent replacement or a full refund.

Austin Chauffeurs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
